During FY 2015, OIT developed Service LevelAgreement (SLA) timeframes for everytype of request responded to by the agency. The agency has also launched SLAmanagement dashboards designed to provide hourly snapshots of performancemetrics to help manage and monitor the actual time it takes to resolve servicerequests and incidents. OIT experienced a 55% increase in call volume from FY2014 to FY 2015 due to Office 2013 upgrades and Office 365 migration.
